The world's best sandwich?

Notice the egg. They also stress the importance of chips and a beer. I am a staunch supporter of chips in a sandwich, the beer I don't really advocate since so many sandwiches are eaten at lunch. If this is a luxury that you can afford... then by all means. They are also very specific with every ingredients. I could imagine eating this sandwich in some sort of log cabin after having been stranded in the wilderness for days.

  1. Dude that is one tasty looking sandwich. I am a fan of the yoke. Salt with lettuce is nice but I like my spinach. I'm surprised there is a lack of avocado and spices. I got the feeling this sandwich is very rice with robust flavor and if they kicked up the sandwich with a pepper. I think you have a very different tasty sandwich. Equally tasty but different. What do you think?

  2. Yoke is so crazy in a sandwich when you think about it. But it works. It makes me want to put something crazy in a sandwich like cantelope. Maybe they didn't add avacado because rustic loaf is so hearty that avacado might further neutralize the other ingredients. They went with the monterey jack cheese, essentially balking on the spice factor. I agree with you on this one, they should have gone the whole way with some fresh jalapeƱos.
